Our dental clinic in Tijuana brings to you the cutting edge, clinically proven, superior technology and quality in digital dental implanology with DIO implant and DIO Navi digital guided dental implant system.
DIO Navi guided dental implant surgery uses cutting-edge 3D imaging, computer software, and surgical guides to plan and place dental implants with unmatched safety and precision.
Imaging: A CT X-Ray scan and intraoral digital scan creates a detailed 3D model of your jawbone and surrounding structures as well as the teeth and gum tissue matched together into a planning program.
Planning: The dentist uses CAD/CAM technology to map out the exact location, angle, and depth for implant placement.
Guided Surgery: A custom surgical guide with metal sleeves ensures implants are placed exactly as planned, minimizing invasiveness and reducing surgery time.
During the drilling procedure, this method uses a 300 rpm high torque rotation speed instead of the 1800 rpm that produces more heat and can burn bone.
This approach offers greater accuracy, safety, faster recovery, and predictable results compared to traditional methods.

What are dental implants?
Dental implants consist of titanium screws, placed inside the jaw bone to strongly support a variety of dental appliances such as natural looking dental crown made of zirconia or ceramics, bridges and large prosthesis like partials or full over dentures.
Am i candidate for dental implants?
In order for treatment to be successful there needs to be healthy gums and enough bone as support for the implant. Depending on patient condition, prior additional procedures may be required such as bone graft and sinus lift, before placing the dental implant.
What happens after the implant is placed?
Once the implant is placed, we wait for it to integrate with the bone, which normally takes about three months for the lower and 6 months for the upper teeth. A temporary crown may be loaded immediately if conditions allow us and upon request.
When osteointegration has occurred we proceed to take impressions of our patients teeth and process them for the fabrication of the new permanent dental work.
Once the crown is finished we install it on the implant with what is called, an abutment, which is the connector that sits between the implant and the crown securing them together.
How do dental implants look and feel?
Crowns and restorations over dental implants look and feel very natural in our patients mouth, they are fabricated and finished to match their natural adjacent teeth, materials such as multi layer zirconia provide outstanding properties like translucency.
How long do dental implants last?
Dental implants have a high success rate and they can last for many years, with proper care they can last a lifetime.
What are the benefits of dental implants?
Dental implants improve the health, appearance and quality of life of our patients, letting them eat the foods they always loved. Dental implants are an optimal procedure to replace missing teeth.
